What is Earthing? Are the claims for it legit? Is it spiritually connected to the New Age, if so, how?
What is Earthing or Grounding? Is it simply enjoying walking on the earth with bare feet? Many think this is what it is but that is not the case. Grounding involves a plethora of New Age pseudoscience used to make Grounding appear scientfic. Nothing could be further from the truth. Enjoy walking in your bare feet but don’t buy into Grounding.

What do Reiki, Grounding/Earthing, sound baths, zyto scanners, acupuncture, the human “energy field,” the frequency of linen, Therapeutic Touch, the Schuman Resonance, Tapping (and more) have in common?
